Silicon nitride riser is a kind of special refractory ceramic material, it is one of the key components of low pressure casting machine, its performance and stability directly affect the quality and production efficiency of casting products.
The working principle is: the lower end is inserted into the aluminum alloy molten liquid of the holding furnace, the upper end is connected to the casting mold cavity, and the aluminum alloy molten liquid enters the mold cavity from the bottom to the top through the pressure. According to the working conditions, the riser pipe should have good thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy molten liquid, non-wetting with aluminum alloy molten liquid, good air tightness and thermal shock fatigue resistance.
